Week 1 – So far, so good. My main over-indulgence is eating 8 servings of pork rinds in 1 sitting (the whole bag). I also drank heavy cream at night before bed. I believe both of these indulgences are showing in my low weight loss, with just under 2 pounds lost in a week. I’m still happy for that number on the scale, and I can tell the difference in my feet with the lower inflammation.
