Meal 1 – Miller’s Ale House Blacked Chicken Cobb Salad w/ Blue Cheese dressing (had hard-boiled egg, bacon bits, chicken, tomato, greens and red onion)
Met up with my friend today after her trip to Michigan. Her grandmother just passed, and she gave a faith-filled eulogy about her granny. This was a great lunch to just catch up, and for her to release the valve on some thoughts.
Snack – McDonald’s SF iced coffee
Meal 2 – Leftover chuck roast 4 oz + leftover chicken fajita 4 oz + 2 string cheese
Cravings: Nothing until snack time, and then I wanted iced cream. That’s when I got a coffee because it wasn’t completely a “cheat”.
Energy: Pretty good today, but I slept in pretty late.
God is so wonderful. In Isaiah 43:25, He says “I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.”
