Let’s just eat all the different meats today! That’s how it felt as I analyzed what I wanted to make.

Meal 1 – Leftover Frittata 1/2 serving + 5 ounces Pork Belly

Snack – 4 servings pork rinds + Coke Zero

In an effort to avoid a decision on something personal (it’s not overly serious), I decided to go do some retail therapy. But as I was going to grab a drink, I really had the desire for carbs. To avoid the carbs, I got the pork rinds. I don’t really want to eat 4 servings of pork rinds normally, but based on calories, it’s the same as a big slice of pizza. I wanted the pizza, but I got the pork rinds instead. I was fine with the pork rinds, and don’t miss the pizza now. I’d call that a mini win.

Meal 2 – Chicken Fajita w/ EggLife Wraps & Cheese (7 oz chicken, 1/3 onion, 2/3 peppers, 3 wraps + 1/2 cup cheddar cheese)

So full from dinner, but wow….it really hit the spot for Mexican cravings.

Snack – Chocolate Raspberry Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup Greek Yogurt + 1/6 packet Raspberry SF electrolyte + 1 tbsp cacao nibs + 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder)

This dessert was so good! I will definitely have a version of this on repeat.

Cravings: Literally only craved the foods I ate…..until my mother mentioned ice cream. She wasn’t satisfied with the greek yogurt dessert I made. We did not give in to the craving though.

Energy: Ehhh, a bit low still.

As I contemplate different options in life, I pray to God for His guidance. I really want to do what is good, better and best in life, and I want God in these decisions now. When I was younger, I was too afraid to ask God for guidance. After all the not-great decisions I’ve made, God, I really want You a part of them.
