Question: Have you noted how much more complicated meals are with Keto versus Carnivore?

Grocery list for this week:

  • 1 dozen 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cup bacon bits
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 1 pound 8oz chicken breast
  • 1 pound Buffalo Chicken dip (homemade or store)
  • 2.7 serving Canadian bacon
  • 1 pound 4 oz chuck roast
  • 3.7 servings chicken breakfast sausage
  • 5 oz pork belly
  • 2 Costco 1/3 pound burgers
  • 3 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1.2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 6 servings string cheese
  • 4 oz Jarlsberg cheese
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 serving Korean jerky
  • 8 servings pork rinds
  • 2 servings Frank’s Red hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp SF BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp SF sweetener
  • 5 tbsp cacoa nibs
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 onion
  • 3/4 bell pepper
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 head cauliflower (I ate half, and the other half went to my mother.)
  • SF electrolyte packet – orange, raspberry
