I am posting this late, as I forgot to come back and continue my blogging this day.
Meal 1 – Chuck roast 1 pound w/ 1 onion
Snack – 2 servings string cheese + Coke Zero
Meal 2 – BBQ Chuck Roast Pizza w/ Almond Flour crust
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mozzarella for crust + 3/4 cup for top
- 1/16 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp SF BBQ sauce for topping
- 4 oz leftover Chuck Roast
- Bake for 15 minutes on 375F, then add BBQ sauce with cheese and chuck roast.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400F, or until browned.
Snack – 5 serving pork rinds
Cravings: Today I wanted pork rinds to negate any other desires for junk food. Pork rinds are wayyyyyy too easy for me to overeat, as is evident today.
Energy: Medium-low energy
