Eating Carnivore is really the fastest way for me to recover from poor eating. Every meal seems to help me feel more energetic, less sluggish.
Meal 1 – Omelet with 4 eggs + 2.7 servings Canadian bacon + 2 oz Jarlsberg cheese
Meal 2 – Buffalo Chicken dip 1 pound (Publix brand) + 5 pieces of celery (9″ stalks)
Snack – 2 string cheese + Orange Keto Yogurt (3/4 cup Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp cacoa nibs + 1/2 SF Orange electrolyte)
I’m really enjoying these Greek Yogurt treats, testing out if these will satisfy my desire for sweets. I thought the flavor was really good last night. Probably only needed 1/4 or 1/3 a packet of electrolytes for the amount of yogurt I had. If I added cocoa powder, then maybe the 1/2 packet would have been just fine.
Cravings: Today was fine, except I wanted to try this dessert later on in the evening.
Energy: Couldn’t sleep last night due to the long nap I had yesterday, the normal post-gluten tiredness. Once I got moving today, I’m feeling good.
