Ugh, the cheating day definitely had me waking up like I was hungover.
Meal 1 – McDonald’s ice coffee w/ SF sweetener + 1.25 pounds steak bites
Snack – 2 string cheese
Meal 2 – Salad with chicken and BBQ sauce (mix 2 tbsp mayo + 2 tbsp SF ketchup + 1 tbsp SF BBQ sauce)
Snack – Keto Chocolate Ricotta Pie (ricotta, cottage cheese, allulose, egg, cocoa powder, cocoa nibs all without measurements but about 1 cup dairy per serving)
- The pie really should have been a pudding because of the ingredients. If I had to do this all over again, I would just mix these ingredients together, and eat cold.
- Pudding = 1 cup Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp cocoa nibs + SF sweetener of choice
Cravings: Dessert
Energy: Energy was fine.
Today was a happy day because I went to the Saturday evening Easter service. I was full of gratitude for the free gift of grace that Christ gave me, and that the story wasn’t over on the cross. That even though my sin deserved death and separation from God, Christ conquered death. He came as my Savior, and not a judge. Thank you, God, for an amazing gift.
