After the gluten and sugar on the 1st of April, I think I must have been “under the influence” of the garbage the last 2 days. I totally forgot to write my daily posts as I was working on other goals.

Meal 1 – Keto bread wrap w/ 2 servings turkey slices and 1 serving salami (wrap w/ 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup almond flour with partial egg) + Korean jerky

This was my first attempt at a keto wrap, and I almost had it correct. But then I dropped half of it on the floor. Sad day. So my wrap was only half the intended amount. It did make a good little sandwich. I needed more, so I had the jerky.

Snack – 2 string cheese

Meal 2 – Pork ribs 1.5 pounds (about 1 pound meat) + 2 servings pork rinds

Snack – 2 string cheese

Cravings: Nothing in particular, but I was wondering what I would eat at Easter lunch on Sunday. Definitely ate more calories than I should have today.

Energy: Energy fell off after dinner, so I took a nap. Felt a bit blah.
