After the house guest left on Sunday, I definitely was happy to go back to our routine in the house. And today was a treat, because I booked a long massage with some added bonuses. For the first time, I tried cupping, and added a foot scrub to the treatment. I was so relaxed, it felt like the stress must have left me before I entered that room.
Meal 1 – Omelet “Sandwich” (4 eggs + 2 servings sliced turkey + 1 serving Canadian bacon + 2 slices provolone cheese)
Snack – 1 string cheese + 1 jalapeno meat stick (no sugar) + unsweet tea w/ SF electrolyte
Meal 2 – Creamy Buffalo Chicken & Pork (14 oz chicken thighs + 3 oz pork loin)
** See Carnivore Recipes – Week 2 for Creamy Buffalo Chicken. Modified with more hot sauce this time. I don’t recommend Creamy Buffalo pork loin, but we needed to eat it pronto.
Cravings: Today I woke up with out any real cravings, except to try an unsweet tea with a SF lemon-lime electrolyte. It was really good!
Energy: I woke up in a bit of a blah mood (probably from the gluten), but my energy and sleep was just fine.
Today was a good day, and God is a good God. So glad!
