Some days are very easy to wake up, and to do exactly what you want to do. Today I was determined to eat Carnivore.

Meal 1 – Frittata with 5 oz ham + 1/2 cup cheddar cheese + 3 eggs + 1/2 cup bacon bits + 1/4 cup ricotta cheese

Snack – Leftover frittata 1/2 serving + Coke Zero

Meal 2 – 12 oz pork loin

Snack – 1 meat stick + 2 servings string cheese + 3 oz Jarlesberg cheese + 1 serving sliced turkey breast

Definitely seemed to eat a ton of snacks, but my dinner was a little lighter than normal. If I input the calories, I’m positive I still went over my 2,200-ish target. But I’d only know if I tracked them. I’ll have to look into the Carb Manager site that Kelly Hogan recommends.

Cravings: Pastries and desserts sounded delicious, but I didn’t grab any.

Energy: Slept well. I’m really enjoying sleeping better.
