So I’m sure you’ve noticed that I have not be eating pure, clean Carnivore. You know this. I know this. For now, I will keep going, and try to refine meals as I can to improve meals as I can. The results will show my effort and input, and the results may be good or bad at the 90 -day mark.
Meal 1 – Omelet of 2 servings Canadian bacon + 4 oz Jarlesberg cheese + 4 eggs scrambled
Snack – Korean jerkey + 1 string cheese + Coke Zero
Meal 2 – 4Rivers BBQ Restaurant (8oz burnt ends + 8 oz pulled pork) + unsweet tea
As I should have expected, the burnt ends had BBQ sauce on them during the cooking process. I didn’t remember from the last time I ate them, and I didn’t know how they were made (nor did I ask). Obviously they were so delicious, and every ounce of meat disappeared. The man at the restaurant brought out extra plates so my friend and I could share our meals, and I said “oh, no, there won’t be any sharing”. The look on his face when he realized I was going to eat a pound of meat….hilarious!
Cravings: Slight craving for ice cream, but that craving was dismissed.
Energy: Slept well, and accomplished some goals.
I met with my friend for dinner, and we were enjoying our chat. Praying to God before our meal, and handing over our life decisions to Him. My desire is to trust God to the point where I don’t want to worry about how my life will go.
