The creativity of breakfast is really great…so my mother. (laughing) I’ve been playing around with the egg and meat options for her every meal. Today I served poached eggs on Canadian bacon with cheddar cheese. The closest to a Hollandaise egg I’ll attempt right now. My breakfast was a variation on her breakfast because I don’t care for runny eggs.

Meal 1 – 2 servings Canadian bacon + 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese + 4 eggs scrambled

Snack – Korean jerkey

Meal 2 – 6 oz Carnitas pork + 2 slices of pizza + Coke Zero

Snack – 2 servings string cheese

Cravings: Literally none until someone else was in charge of dinner, and there wasn’t enough food for me to readily eat. Then I thought “Well, I was wanting pizza, and I didn’t have it the other day” before running an errand. This is a moment when I wish I had a delicious Carnivore meal already prepped, that I actually wanted to eat. There was pork loin leftover, but I avoided eating it because pork and chicken always seem dry after refrigeration.

Energy: Slept well, and my dog woke me up early. Mood was a little blah later in the day, which might be the gluten talking. So I should expect to have the same gluten reaction in a couple days. Time will tell.

After the recent non-carnivore bites, I probably need to pray about my mindset about food. God knows all the crazy I have been through, and He knows I don’t want to remain addicted to food my entire life.
