Thankfully it’s a new day, and we get to try again! What sounds better than steak for breakfast?
Meal 1 – NY Strip 1.1 pound
Snack – Coke Zero + Korean jerky + 1 string cheese
Meal 2 – 1/2 lb burger + 1 slice cheese + 2 Costco quarter-pound hotdogs
Snack – Korean jerky
Cravings: When I needed a snack, the junk food seemed appetizing. So I ate the jerky to ward off the craving.
Energy: Slept well, and woke up early.
Today was a treat beginning with steak. When I was younger, steak was never on our plates because of the family budget. I’m grateful to experience steak. Love You, Lord!
