This week I’m using meat that is frozen in our freezer. A few items were purchased for our meals like the bacon and pork ribs.

Note: Left off the items from the hotel breakfast and restaurant.

Grocery list for this week:

  • 1 dozen 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 pound chuck roast
  • 1 pound steak
  • 1 pound 10 oz pork belly, sliced
  • 1.5 pound pork ribs
  • 12 oz ham steak
  • 1 Costco 1/4 pound hot dog
  • 12 servings string cheese
  • 1.5 oz hard parmesan cheese
  • 3.5 oz Jarlsburg cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (low sugar)
  • 1/6 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 servings meat stick
  • 12 servings Pork rinds
  • 1 serving Korean pork jerky
