This week I’m using meat that is frozen in our freezer. A few items were purchased for our meals like the bacon and pork ribs.
Note: Left off the items from the hotel breakfast and restaurant.
Grocery list for this week:
- 1 dozen 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 8 oz bacon
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 pound chuck roast
- 1 pound steak
- 1 pound 10 oz pork belly, sliced
- 1.5 pound pork ribs
- 12 oz ham steak
- 1 Costco 1/4 pound hot dog
- 12 servings string cheese
- 1.5 oz hard parmesan cheese
- 3.5 oz Jarlsburg cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (low sugar)
- 1/6 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 servings meat stick
- 12 servings Pork rinds
- 1 serving Korean pork jerky
