Have you ever made a dish that you want on repeat? Both meals today were exactly like that, especially the ribs. My mother actually wanted more, but we decided to wait 20 minutes to ensure we were actually full. We were, but more ribs have been requested.

Meal 1 – 8 oz bacon + 4 scrambled eggs + 1.5 oz Jarlsberg cheese

Snack – unsweet tea with Stevia + 1 serving meat sticks + 2 servings string cheese

Meal 2 – Baked ribs 1.5 lbs (including bone weight)

Baking ribs kept them so juicy, and so soft! Because they were soft, they went down way too quick! Max German, from YouTube, prefers meat with a “bite” because he stays fuller than when he eats soft meat. Next time I’ll try baking the ribs on high longer, to get more bite. I’ve included a video from Max if you’ve never seen his content.

Cravings: None were calling me.

Energy: Slept so deep last night, and I decided to sleep in a little bit longer.

God is so good, and I am glad in Him.
