To help anyone attempting Carnivore, I’ve decided to track my grocery list for each week. For easy meal plans, please see my daily dishes. Use this as a guide or inspiration to help you on your Carnivore journey!
Question: Do I need to note every time I use a tablespoon of butter or lard for cooking the meat? I use it for every meal I’ve made so far.

Just a note on the variety of meals: I am currently cooking for myself and my mother. She loves food variety. Eating the same ingredients in the same exact way daily is considered boring for her. However, if I cook eggs in different ways with a different meat, she enjoys that the meals are visually “different”. Even if the meal equation (eggs + meat) is actually identical.
God bless you all!
